There are a few off shore players:
Aureos Capital ltd. [ they invested in Apollo hospital bd.]
Weather Investments [ Sawiris family...investors in Banglalink telecom]
Shorebank Capital {invested in Brac Bank]

You left out one that has been there for a while - Equity Partners Ltd. (http://www.eplbangladesh.com/) - I think the Weather Investments investment mentioned before was either made with them or in association with them.
Another firm that deserves a mention is AIMS of Bangladesh (http://www.aims-bangladesh.com/) which does not exactly fall into PE/VC space, but has done very well over the years. (The Shorebank invesmtent is affiliated with them).
